Yes, all items in their original condition and unworn can be returned, replaced, and exchanged within 40 days of your purchase as long as you reside in the continental United States. This includes items that were ordered online and shipped to store. You have 30 days to exchange, return, or replace store-bought merchandise.
Can I return online bought items to the store?
Yes, you don’t have to ship your unwanted merchandise back to the warehouse and pay for shipping. Sierra accepts all online orders in stores for your convenience. The only thing they ask for is the order receipt or shipping slip.
How long can I use my Instant Store Credit for?
If there are no problems with your return and the process is complete within the return policy time frame and items are received within 10 calendar days, your return credit will be good for 60 days. You can spend that money on a replacement item or shop for something entirely different.
What happens if the returned item is not received by Sierra?
Make sure you print and save the shipping label, which will allow you and the merchant to track your shipment. If the returned item is not received within 10 days of processing, you will be charged for that amount if you got credited for it already.
If any returned items don’t meet Sierra’s return policy timeframe and/or conditions, they will be returned to you at your expense and billed for using the Instant Store Credit.
What happens after 60 days post return or exchange?
If you were able to spend your Instant Store Credit successfully and there are no problems with your returned merchandise or timeframe, the exchange is considered successful and case closed.
If you haven’t used any credit or not all of it and returned the product, all unused balance will go to the original payment. If you used PayPal or PayPal Credit and Apple Pay, you might get your money back via Sierra gift card.
What happens if I change my mind about the purchase and just want a refund?
If the merchant receives your returned items within 10 days after the initial process start, you will be able to get the refund to your original payment method. Shipping charges of $6.95 will be deducted from the refund if you reside in the continental US. This is available for any unused credit you have on your account. You can complete this transaction by going to Process My Refund tab and following the steps there. Keep in mind that original shipping cost will also not be refunded.
What happens if I live in Alaska and Hawaii?
No non-continental US orders can be credited via Instant Store Credit program. This means that if you live outside of the 48 states, you will have to use the traditional method for returns and exchanges.
